By using Laundry Loft Pte Ltd services, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions
- General Liability
The Shop shall not be liable for any defects, damage, shrinkage, or colour fading that may occur during the washing and drying process. The Shop is also not responsible for any damage resulting from improper or inappropriate pre-treatment by customers prior to use. - Garments with Accessories
The Shop is not liable for damage to items with sequins, pearls, beads, buttons, or other accessories that may melt, dissolve, or discolour during cleaning. The Shop is also not responsible for loss or damage to buttons, ornaments, or items left in pockets or other parts of garments. - Suitability of Items
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their items are suitable for machine washing and drying. The Shop shall not be liable for any damage arising from items that are not suitable for these processes. - Use of Equipment
Customers are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. Any damage caused by misuse will be chargeable to the customer. - Colour Transfer
Customers are responsible for sorting their laundry appropriately. The Shop is not liable for any colour transfer resulting from mixed loads. - Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. - Collection of Laundry
Customers are advised to collect their laundry promptly after completion. The Shop shall not be liable for any loss or missing items left unattended.
